Did I really wake up like this?

Dear Beloved,

Hope all is well. Just reflecting on how good God has been to me and those around me.  Sometimes, your day can start out kind of noisy, but when you yield to the Lord it becomes easier to allow Him to freely invade your space. He always available, and consistent with offering His full attention, love, peace, and most of all some serious wisdom, knowledge, and understanding (only found in the Word of God).

For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, declares the LordFor as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts (Isaiah 55: 8-9, ESV).

Forgive me in advance for the space in time from my previous article, but I don’t move on this platform unless the Holy Spirit leads me to.  So, with all that being said, let’s chat for a few shall we?

Mentality. According to www.dictionary.com, mentality is the mental capacity, endowment, or the set of one’s mind; view; or outlook. How do you start your day each day?  Do you wake up tired, upset, or still wallowing in what happened yesterday, or even years ago?  Or full of joy and ready to love the Lord with all your heart, soul, and mind (Matthew 22:37, ESV)? Have you ever thought about the results of your life?  Beloved, we must understand, that we are living out exactly whatever we have said, thought, or done.  I know.  If you really take a step back, the aforementioned can be some difficult questions to answer. Well, maybe not if you’re honest with yourself and the Lord. 🙂

The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness (Lamentations 3: 22-23, ESV).

Going forward, let’s remember to start our days in gratitude, and do whatever we need to do to eliminate the stains of our past, and yesterday.  Forgive yourself, others, and receive in faith, forgiveness from our merciful God. Our God loves us unconditionally, and He will never fall short on faithfully extending His new mercies, each and every morning.  Until we meet again….I love you to life!

Xoxo,
